Didn’t post anything yesterday but didn’t miss telling much. I had an uneventful day. I read the paper and watched some TV before going out for a little shopping.

I had to go by Lowe’s to pick up some pine bark mulch for my back yard beds. Didn’t get quite enough so will probably go by again after work today. I also got a small houseplant for my bathroom. It supposedly will get fair-sized, so it may one day move downstair’s somewhere.

After that I ran by Publix and got some groceries. After I finished working outside and got cleaned up I tried out a recipe I’d found for a tater tot casserole. Wasn’t quite what I expected. Tastes okay but a little on the bland side. If I try it again, I’d have to come up with something to add to it to pep it up just a little.

That was about it for the evening. I watched the Simpsons and checked some e-mail and called it a night.
